I enjoy this meditation and would agree that it initiates a deep sleep. Pairs great with the morning meditation.
I honestly cannot recall hearing the whole meditation every time that I listen to it. I usually fall asleep before the end. It's hard for me to fall asleep at bedtime, and his does the trick! Shayla's voice is soothing, authentic, reassuring and consistent in her meditations. If you've listened to her meditations on the TYIL and AAE programs, you will know exactly what I mean. You just let it all go and focus on the beath, I cannot wait for more of her meditations to be released.
