Shipping Policy

At Activate Align Expand, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy carefully before making a purchase.

Physical Products

Shipping Start Date:

  • Please note that physical products will not be shipped until August 2024. Any orders placed for physical products will be processed and prepared for shipping once we begin shipping in August.

Processing Time:

  • All orders are packed and shipped within two business days. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. If you place an order after 3 pm on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday.

Shipping Address Changes:

  • If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, you must do so before we print the shipping label. You will receive an email notification when the shipping label is printed. If the shipping label has already been printed, we are unable to change the shipping address. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to change or redirect the package. Thank you for understanding.

Digital Products

Immediate Availability:

  • Digital products are available for download immediately upon purchase. You will receive a download link or log in link for courses via email shortly after your payment is processed.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to most countries. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
