I do this morning meditation every day and it is the perfect thing to help me get aligned and inspired for the day ahead. It is the perfect length and was easy to incorporate into my morning routine, along with using the Activate Align Expand planner and journal, and has made such a difference in my mindset and motivation!
I use these every morning for journaling, or when I’m struggling. I even bring these to my yoga classes and hand them out to my students. I adore these cards.
